This £20m Mixed-Use Commercial and Residential development will be situated next to the River Don at the Junction of Blonk Street and Wicker Street. The finished 10 storey scheme will house 132 apartments and 3,275 ft of retail space on the ground floor and include car parking facilities for 160 cars. The development was carried out by Artisan in conjunction with architects Aedas and frame contractor MPB using ‘insitu concrete’ flat slab structure design and incorporates ‘green’ roofs and a striking terraced tower.

Serving a new shopping centre in Bangor, this ambitious project, comprises 180,000 sq foot of retail space housing 23 shop units and a 418-space car park. Constructed over three storeys the centre was developed using SCC pre-cast frames to a design that will by-pass and relieve pressure on the local sewer infrastructure. Built over a storm water retention tank, serving the adjacent development, the footprint extends across most of the centre frontage and posed a unique engineering challenge.

Kings Waterfront is the single largest development site in Celmsford City Centre. A partnership of Essex Vision, English Partnerships, Sotheast Regional Development Agency and Celmsford Council the scheme creates a visitor destination of international quality. Combining arena, conference and exhibition facilities with the development of residential, hotel, office, retail, leisure, community and open space uses.

Built on a particularly tight site, the multi-storey car park at Victoria Mills includes many level changes and forms a unique design, built for the constraints of the site. Victoria Mills is a development of just over 400 apartments on a 5-acre site in the buffer zone of the World Heritage Site of Saltaire. The scheme includes the conversion of 130 year old mill buildings with a stunning contemporary new build adjacent to the 413 spaces multi-storey car park.
